Return and Exchange Policy
We strive to deliver quality rashguards that meet your expectations. However, we understand there might be situations where a return or exchange is necessary.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date you received your product..
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are offered if you received a defective or incorrect item.
- To request an exchange, please contact us via our Contact Form, or email us at sales@pacecombat.com with photos of the item clearly showing the issue. We’ll promptly assist you in sending out a replacement.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
